service is so poor now than before,yet prices have gone bad.There is renovation on going with no apologies to guests.Menu should be improved a d tastier. Reception services very good.TV poor reception .l have stayed their for so many visits and it would be good for owner to meet with staff junior staff to know the true status of activities.Staff tells me never had a staff meeting since employment.lovely location and please impro e services.

Horrible customer service and nonchalant members of staff. My friends and I wanted to swim and we asked that the deck chairs be dusted so we could sit, The person we paid to wanted to give us the towel she used to dust the chair as a wrap and when we complained there was suddenly no more towels available. I am never going back there again.
