Reasonably priced basic rooms. In my opinion the bathrooms could use renovation and the rooms are a little too dark. The beds are comfortable. The staff members are polite and attentive. The laundry service is great. The restaurant serves delicious meals and the wait staff is very attentive and pleasant. Several items listed on the menu weren’t available for days and this is slightly annoying. The restaurant/club adjacent to the hotel is awesome for lounging and enjoying quick bites and drinks.

It is also close to the popular transport hub to other parts of the country by road, the Utako bus parks to different states in Nigeria. It is also close to the NISA Premier Hospital in Jabi, close to the Jabi lake Mall, Jabi lake, and other attractions. I personally like it when a hotel has ample parking space, and ample lobbies, helps you to feel safe and protected and not choked up. The hotel rooms are premium and minimalist, white sheets, beautiful Design and a reading table. They have hot water baths and hotel WiFi. They have beautiful granite halls, working elevators and responsive staff. Dry cleaning is available too. Conference hall available too.

Pro: The staff are friendly and i was able to get a really good bargain, the hotel is really clean,the rooms are neat and cozy.The room i stayed was spacious and very clean with nice decorations. Con:Even thou the hotel is neat,one part of the wall in my room has dirt stains on the wall,the least room is really small and crampy and the mattress in my room is not the most comfortable. Bottomline:will definitely stay here again if i get the same deal i got the last time.

The noise is the main issue I had here: all the floor are in Granit, and you can hear any person steps or wispers in the very long hallway. There is also the noise of the traffic outside to get used to. I also regret that the breakfast was not at the right level: you need to prepare your own instant coffee, no butter, no milk, ... Also: hot water not really hot, no bottles of water given... Staff did what they could, nothing to complain about them.

We did not expect such a beutifull and peacefull place in Nigeria like the Grand Cubana Hotels is. We really thank for perfect and profesional services we get. We are traveling around the world and we can recommend this hotel for everyone who is coming to Nigeria. This can be at least 4 star hotel according to EU standart. No problem with power, watter and high speed internet connection. Security level is also good. Hotel is protected by wall with security fence and both gates are secure by security guys. Only one problem we found: It takes long time to prepare a food and to get a bill. Menu should be better prepared. Thank you I am giving you 5 stars.
