Universal hotel is a hotel that have never lost its touch of luxury , high maintenance level with active elevator, steady power supply and interior look that remains the same all the time. The have active WiFi , Good swimming pool Very good hall that have covered major private and public organization, government events have also trusted the hotel for covering their events.

It is my very 1st time of lodging in the hotel. I really did not enjoy the room I was assigned to. Poorly performed A/C, poor door locking/opening system, mosquito bites. Although an old hotel, they tried to install modern facilities; but still needs close checks for their maintenances. The staff are good anyway.
