Poor customer services. Small room spaces. Food is very expensive. Intercom is also faulty and with unreliable connections to restaurant.

I took 5 executive rooms for myself and brothers. 3 out of the rooms were so bad, we had lots of mosquitos and flies ...the doors were bad, and their service response when you call for room service was very very poor. One of the desk officers had terrible attitude issues. I had to use masking tape to cover the door area so as to reduce the rate of mosquitos wanting the room

I had an unpleasant experience. The first thing that saddened me was that taxis were not allowed into the hotel, so I had to drag my luggage into the premises. Then the receptionist lacked courtesy. We had to ask several times for an extra towel. It was not a welcoming atmosphere.
