The supervisor in d old side is a fool and annoying,shes teaching d workers how to insult and disrespect guests..the company really need to work on d supervisor in d old Okuemi..the supervisor and receptionist need to change d way they talk to people,they re spoiling d hotel. stupid local supervisor.

There were no towels. The water system in the place was nothing to write home about. It took forever to feel up a bucket. They had dirty buckets and bowls in the bathroom. Took forever to put on the generator when power was out. Horrible experience .

Poor customer service, noise pollution, terrible room attendant, rooms not worth its price, ordered for food for me and two of my guests and took over two hours, called for laundry service more than 3times but till i checked out they never came, my guests Ac wasnt cooling in a room that costs 12,000, i could not watch soccer properly as the signal was very poor and the list is endless
