In Eliko, cleanliness only means a neatly laid bed. There’s no value for payment as the staffs are not welcoming and the hotel is dirty. The fair service at the hotel is at the bar, if you’re one for some beer, grilled catfish and some chips. They had a funny way of letting others know if you happen to take anything — most likely dirty— from the hotel.
