As at 7th Sept 2019 Pros: Their resort facilities are good. Olympic size swimming pool. Acres of tiled outdoor resorts full of well maintained flowers and trees, bush bars etc. 24/7 Cool natural outdoor breeze, professional and staff service. The name of the hotel is now SIGNATIOUS hotel. Very many rooms to fit an entire company staff. Delicious meals. Lift available. Gym, free Wi-Fi, complementary breakfast, exotic indoor bar available. Wheel chair friendly environment. Cons: Car park is about 120 meters away. So be sure of being wet in the rain. My dirty car remained dirty the next day. No car wash service. Their rates are ridiculously high. Minimum room is 45k. I bargained for 30k and was given on the reason that the hotel is still under some renovation. However, I regretted paying 30k cos the room I was given is not worth even 10k. Summary: I will never lodge in the hotel rooms unless they drastically reduce their rates, or upgrade their rooms to the respective standard, but may visit for outdoor activities.

My stay at the hotel was perfect. I am highly impressed with their services. The hotel had excellent customer service, beautiful environment and wonderful staff. My room was beautiful, comfortable and well kept. There were toiletries in the bathroom and I hope they can keep it up.

I hate giving hotels a poor review but then, to whom much is given much is expected. I came with high hopes but I was disappointed. There is no value for money whatsoever here, the structure needs renovation, the rug on the staircase and hallways stinks, the elevator is not working, when the light was taken at night, nobody put on the gen, we just stayed in darkness till they brought the light again......Golden tulip indeed. Save your money, warri is full of nice hotels that are way more affordable.
