Stephen Keshi Stadium is situated at a very obvious spot on the major road of Asaba called Nnebisi Road. The Stadium is majorly used by the state government for both entertainment and formal functions. Since completion of the Stadium the track and filed area (main bow) has not been used by any religious body for any function. There are different buildings inside the fenced compund of the Stadium, which include; the indoor sports hall which was majorly dedicated for the purpose of playing basket ball. It has a hug capacity for more than 1000 viewers. Religious organizations take advantage of its capacity to host powerful programs.

Its a pretty OK facility, but I feel a lot was not taken into consideration during d construction, mainly the sitting which results in massive traffic jams before, during and after games, which makes getting to and leaving d stadium very difficult. I also think d stadium was rushed which resulted in poor finishing. DAT said it was fun watching d super eagles play Ugandan. So o guess with d ryt atmosphere it will b fun for u 2

What a great facility for sports activities. My cousin has an opportunity to train as a lawn tennis player she would be attending the national sports festival this year, as a teenager. Such facilities should be built across the country to engage youths which can help them beat drugs, negativity and other vices. There are professional coaches available to train youths in various sports too. Good job by the government.
