Mardezok hotel also known as swiss spirit is a popular and well known hotel in asaba and it is a big place. They have a hall mostly used for wedding receptions and birthday party celebration. Their Bar is wow and a cool place to watch matches if u want too. The rooms are well taken care of and nice.

It is not a customary tradition to have water run out while having bath anywhere, much less an hotel. The staff are a "sweet " bunch hence the 1 star and the ambience is quite manageable an half star. Swimming pool is good but quite small, music is not captivating. The rooms are amazing, the bathroom screen window is the ice topping one needs for a romantic evening. Nice event center and meeting room as well.

I spent the easter holiday with my family and it was a pleasant experience. The breakfast was humble but not bad and the Nigerian food served in the restaurant was very tasty. I am giving a 5 star because the staff is courteous and always willing to help especially the operations manager (mr kenny), the rooms are clean and service is fast. I will however advice that proper care should be given to the pool area.

Customer Service is top notch, ordered on jumia travels before we left Lagos, our flight landed about 45 mins after, took an airport taxi and when we got to the hotel, it was prepared for us. Looks exactly as seen on the internet. Good place and great customer service.

I want to make an honest review Arrived the hotel without any recent reservation, the front desk personnel were fine and had a good bargain. Checked into the room. ROOM: The room is just okay. Bed is good and sheets clean. Except I found the bathroom a bit dirty. This has been the culture of most Nigerian hotels. They lack or fail to put good maintenance procedure in place. I could spot some dirty edges in the bathroom. Gym: I tried using the gym but was totally disappointed. the treadmills are all broken down. The gym was dirty and smelling meaning they have not been cleaning it. Most of the equipment there were broken down and not working. The floor of the gym is tiled with ceramics tiles which i found not good. Breakfast: Good sumptuous meal. The waitress was very friendly and service was superb. Overall i will want them to concentrate in maintaining this facility. I will give a 3 star at this moment and hope they improve. Compared to BESTWESTERN ELOMAZ, they are behind. But for the price, i think it is a good deal. Will i patronize them again...sure i will and hope that they will improve. Fix the bathrooms, fumigate the rooms and fix the gym.

The rooms have rugs, and they are cleaned with a brush instead of a vacuum cleaner. If you suffer any form of allergies, this is not the place for you as dust mite will definitely irritate your airways.
