This is nice budget hotel. Just a few mins away from the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital. It is very accessible. The rooms are comfortable and neat. The staff are courteous. Power is reasonable constant. I have no issues recommending this hotel to other.

It has a very peaceful and serene environment and a nice place to live in, there is always adequate light and water, the only challenge faced by inhabitants of satellite town is the issue of bad internet network in the area. Nevertheless, satellite town is still one of the best places to live.
