No doubt this hotel is lovely but it is not pocket friendly, their room rates are pretty high. And again their customer care is NOTHING to write home about, the Receptionist and all the people working on that front desk are the most ill mannered beings that work the earth. Their online reservation is a defeat to the advancement of the computer age, I mean is such a disaster that when you tell them you made an online reservation, they do laugh so loud at you like who is this one, that was how bad. My experience there was soooooo BAD. This one star am giving them is a huge MISTAKE

This is the worst hotel i ever stayed. Very bad management. Poor customer relation from the senior staffs. I wish i could talk to the owner of this hotel. I had a very bad experience lodging in this hotel. I could not even charge my phones in the room, manager asking me to buy socket from thier supermarket to charge phones. Dirty walls and bad water bath. No qater heater......

Located in Ojike street, umuahia. They have an event centre by the side and the hotel have small halls for events. There is no wheelchair accessible entrance. The bar is cozy and they have rooms for different budget sizes. Getting a public transportation from the hotel is not difficult. There are supermarkets and boutiques nearby. The restaurant serve food dishes. When next you are in Umuahia, visit Evergreen hotel.

Need to change the towels from dirty looking to white and get the showers to work..,no need for buckets. Also need to get the chaps at the restaurant to get the breakfast menu right and keep to the advised time. They start late and close early. Otherwise quite a neat environment and well located.
