Apart from the light being steady.....The staffs from A-Z are so rude ..so so rude to the core....how can you dial room service, demanding for something,they Tel u to dial another line..and it keeps going on and on more like a caricature. It is too much and unacceptable.. seriously, they should look into their staffs and employ mannered people... Rude is an understatement..

A tidy well run hotel in Umuahia. Their food has quality and is affordable. They lay a strong emphasis on their non-smoking rooms and recently added a swimming pool with its own bar. However, their laundry services is horrible. Your clothes are never dried well, shirts never starched and they will bring it for you with their bare hands. If you are staying for a few days here, arrange your laundry services outside of the hotel. Asides this, the place is great

Pros: The services are commendable. Well trained and efficient staff and well maintained facilities. In a very reserved area. Con: you have to make adequate provision for transportation because of the location if the hotel. Movement only gets difficult from 7 pm anyway.

Rapha Hotel is a very cool hotel. It is located at a very cool premises. It has a wheelchair entrance, no wheelchair accessible parking. It is relatively small, though expansion is on progress. It is more or less a three star hotel with good customers services. It is located along bca road before Abia state secretariat. It is a cool place for outing.
