Jifatu is well organized and very good in shopping but the only challenge is sometime the payment system, whenever the POS is down either because of power or network it make payment very difficult if not impossible for customers with cards or Mobile phones to make transfer, more payment avenues should be provided like transfers, or SCAN to PAY via Mobile application.
