Praise SundayWent here to get a Router, the customer service was superb. They also had a great sense of humor, something i admire so much. Had a little issue with paying without my card and was shocked at how they handled the situation, excellently. Bottom line: They customer service in this particular office is awesome and i give them a 10 star rating.

Joe EwaThe place is well laid out with many Customer Service Personnel attending to people. There is usually less crowd here than other MTN centres. I was able to solve a problem that could not be solved in another Centre due to the responsiveness of the staff.

William IdoniboyeNigerian service providers, I honestly do not know when MTN (an many others) will get their act together in terms of customer service and follow up. If you have a problem, you can barely resolve it over the phone, they have no customer support tracking system to ensure they call back customers to follow up on unresolved issues. You are trapped into having to visit this place (or one of their other dis-organised customer support centers) in person several times, each time wasting a lot of personal time, and for me, my issue has still not been resolved weeks later, and I have paid in full for a service that was "guaranteed". I wanted to retrieve an old MTN line I had, which had been deactivated for one reason or the other, I called MTN on phone, they (MTN) said the line I was inquiring about was readily available, but I would have to pay a small ransom because they could only issue it as what they call a "special" line ... na wa! So I came over, paid the quite high fee (10,000 Naira). After waiting about an hour and a half, I was eventually told there were issues in the back end" so the number could not be activated or released. Incredulously I asked is the "back end" on Mars that we cannot get a decision? or a resolution? It seemed that "back end" is some kind of secret MTN code for "bad market" or "no way we can help you, please go somewhere else, sorry." I work in the IT and Communications field myself, so "back end" = "server room", and server rooms have server engineers and server room managers, who are supposed to know their jobs. These back end people support the back end hardware and the middleware (software/applications) that front end staff (sales, support, configuration, provisioning teams use), so how come MTN customer support (front end) cannot get results from MTN "back end"?? I no sabi ooo!! This was 5-6 weeks ago, my 10k is still with MTN. I don tire. No follow up on their part... ****update, they called to offer me other "special numbers", till date no one can explain why a number not in use, and previously bought, registered and used by me, cannot be re-issued. Make una try well well. I think I will ask a friend to carry the receipt and collect my 10k back, I don port!!
