Had a lovely experience and a great time. The environment is friendly,cool and calm. The staffs are nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel is affordable and comes with a complimentary breakfast; kindly call the kitchen before 9am to make reservations for the breakfast, free use of the pool and free wi-fi. Cheapest room is 11,000naira.

Terrible. AC was not functioning properly and was as good as useless, no hot water and the water system was bad which made it take longer for us to flush or bath. No good light in the room except a lamp stand which was dim. No available sockets to charge. All these rubbish was not worth the money spent. Complaint was made and it took forever for the management to say "nothing could be done". Spent the night trying to turn on and manage the AC which kept going off on its own. It was even more annoying because the staff knew about all these issues yet pretended nothing was wrong. This hotel is not worth it. Very terrible experience! I wish i didnt have to tap even 1 star to post this.

Security of the guest is supper with three layer check points in place. At moment, construction of digitally controlled gate house is on by A.HENRY ENGINEERING CO. LTD. The hotel has classic swimming pool and bars with decent services.

Most of the front desk staff have terrible attitudes that are not the best for people who are supposed to be first contact with guests and as such make bad ambassadors of the business. Lily and Teresa were my little favourite because of the aforementioned but Sadiat was quite friendly& helpfully and made guests feel quite welcome. Response time for request are snail paced and there is little room for treating such on a case by case basis as a blanket approach was metted put. However it is located in a well secured & serene environment which is a walking distance from Major supermarkets and restaurants. The housekeeping team were awesome, all smiles and quite timely in their duties
