Awesome hotel. Easy to find and accessible part of town. Walking distance from the Army Barracks if you choose to explore. Spacious parking lot. Helpful staff. All guests and their luggage are scanned at entry. Well aerated meeting halls. Attended the Nextier Power Dialogue there and it was fun. The meeting room is accessible and easily seats more than a 100 people with a stage.

This hotel is a shady hotel. I was overcharged and the front desk guy promised to reverse the charge but he never did. I have sent a reminder email but they have not responded yet. Beyond the hotel now looking like a shadow of itself, I would urge you to please read through all invoices and receipts they hand over to you. It seems to be a deliberate effort to swindle guests.

Really nice hotel. Good security. Very clean and comfortable rooms and bathroom amenities. Excellent and professional reception staff. Very expensive food, though there are a number of eateries within walking distance. Generally, Novotel is worth the stay!

Went to have dinner at Novotel which the hotel slated for 6pm but on getting there was told by kitchen manager that meals are not ready but will be by 6.30pm today. I had to leave with my famished family to another place to have dinner. Not impressed

It’s a really nice place. There’s free wi-fi, friendly staff, food is delicious but a bit pricy. There’s an eatery beside the hotel, their food is also delicious and affordable. It’s a secure place; cameras and security on all floors. It’s also wheel chair accessible.

Rooms are quite good for the money and the amenities are in mostly good condition. Good value for money. Breakfast buffet is a bit Spartan and leans mostly towards traditional Nigerian meals. Building exterior looks faded and in poor condition. Not at all representative of the surprisingly good lodgings inside. Lobby restroom is terrible. Cracked tiles, poor quality faucets, etc. Staff are mostly very helpful, but a smile to go along with the helpfulness would be nice.
