RTC is one of the best Transport company but they should do more on their courier services delivery department because some people in charge have resort to deceptive way to trick and extort from customers. In fact i was heartbroken, sad and disappointed when i learnt that i could not receive the documents way billed for me from Awka to waterlines because i got to the park around 5pm all the way from Oyigbo only to be told that they have closed for the day and this documents is to be sent to Lagos tomorrow morning. When i agitated further one of then even lied to me that he is on the same mission with me that i should not go that there will be a way out, but when he began to persuade me that he can deliver it to me tomorrow was when i sensed his gimmicks to extort from me, for real this is too bad.
