All guests and their luggage are scanned at entry. Well aerated meeting halls. Attended the Nextier Power Dialogue there and it was fun. The meeting room is accessible and easily seats more than a 100 people with a stage.

This hotel is a shady hotel. I was overcharged and the front desk guy promised to reverse the charge but he never did. I have sent a reminder email but they have not responded yet. Beyond the hotel now looking like a shadow of itself, I would urge you to please read through all invoices and receipts they hand over to you. It seems to be a deliberate effort to swindle guests.

Building exterior looks faded and in poor condition. Not at all representative of the surprisingly good lodgings inside. Lobby restroom is terrible. Cracked tiles, poor quality faucets, etc. Staff are mostly very helpful, but a smile to go along with the helpfulness would be nice.

One evening, I sat by the pool area for over 30mins and no waiter came around. only one staff was handling restaurant and pool side and the restaurant was busy. the rooms are still nice but lobby and reception needs improvement. Bar snacks took nearly a hour to come.
