The absolute worst experience. First the timing of the movie was pushed back at least one hour and mid-way through the film, a "mechanical error" cut the movie short and no apologies or refunds were even considered. ZERO STARS!!!

This place is a cool place for hang outs located in G.R.A Port Harcourt city. It can serve as a perfect place for birthday celebrations with all kinds of food available at an affordable rate. The food lounge is on the ground floor, the cinema is on the first floor and there are also some other shops on the 1st floor. There are three radio stations on the third floor of the building that occasionally give out movie tickets for people to see movies at the cinema. The parking lot is secure and properly monitored by trained security men

Good place to go hang out with family and friends as there is a lot to do here. Great pizzas and other fast foods, cinema halls and a game zone for young children. During festive periods it can get pretty crowded and wait times can increase but all in all its an option for some fun recreation

The cinema is within the old GRA area of PH. One of a chain of others in over 5 different cities. The cinema in PH is smaller compared to others. They have quite decent and courteous staff.

The service here is total RUBBISH!!!! came here for a movie and it was a whole one hour thirty minites later than what was advertised on line. Never have i ever witnessed this done anywhere else in the world. Asides that to get a loyalty card and have my movie points inputed in the card took another almost thirty five minutes as they sent me to get it done myself in five different departments from the restaurant, to the pop corn stand, to the pastry stand and finally back to the ticketing stand! Ridiculous... Service here needs a major overhaul and upgrade. Terrible stuff.. How about the cinema rooms? So close to the badly washed toilets and stink like a sewer! Jeez! This is poor!!! Too poor...

Watching a movie (The Set Up) on Sat 10-08-19 at Genesis Cinema GRA port harcourt. All of a sudden, the light went off for well over 10mins. The viewing room was really hot and everyone including kids were agitated and disappointed. Some people had to leave the cinema, abandoning their tickets. Shame!

Genesis Deluxe give you variety with values, it is entertaining and fun place to be. My most recent episode there was to see Black Panther. On the 14 February ticket was 3k and March 4th it was sold out for 2k. If you still want to see the Wakanda city maybe you can wait some more it will come down to 1k-5h or maybe 1k smiles.
