ovbije23Just to get a test result is a problem and it is over 8 days the test was done. I called the receptionist, she told me to call back in 5 mins, I called again and another girl picked claiming her colleague answered earlier and told me to call in 5 mins, I told her that was the same response I got earlier then she said the result was not ready that they are waiting for the consultant. After 8 days, they told me the result will be ready in 5 days and now after 8 days all stories Really too poor.....

ini udohVery poor customer service. 2weeks now since I ran a test, but getting the result is an issue. At first,I was told the result wasn’t ready after 5days even when I was told to come pick it up in 3days. Two weeks later, nobody to scan the result to me. This is really bad.
