Mexan Telecom Services incorporated on the 14th of January 2002 was established to take advantage of the then emerging telecom sector of the Nigerian economy and has a Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) Liesence. Mexan Nigeria limited was incorporated on the 5th of October 2001 and is franchise holder of the world brand Mexan Security Doors and Gadgets. It also functions as the import and export arm of the group. Everyday International LLC was incorporated on the 26th of June 2009 in the State of Georgia, United States of America as an indigenous sourcing company for the Everyday Group.
