Had breakfast meeting at the restaurant last Saturday, meals were salty, asked for water, and surprisingly was told that bottled water was not part of the menu; we were given water in glass cups (I guess from the kitchen taps). Attended a luncheon organized by Manufacturers Association of Nigeria yesterday, and yet surprisingly again Beloxxy N10 biscuits were on display with its pack before the wraps were eventually removed. There were no small chops for such an event. Personnel on ground are grossly inexperienced and need training. Hospitality revolves around people and their perceptions of care and satisfaction. The owners have done well in the structures but the service delivery is abysmal
