Somewhat good stay, the room looks fine, bed, table and other furniture looks nice but services were not up to spec. Towel was only brought for me around 8pm after making three reminder calls to front desk starting from 5:30pm. This is not good. I ordered food and drink, this was served in piecemeal, food was brought without water and drink. The waiter had to take another round of almost 20minites to bring the water after I called to remind them. I also ordered another bottle of drink around 7:45pm and this was not served even as at 9:30pm when I switched off my room light for sleep (I had to take a refund from my deposit upon check out this morning)

First impressions were quite positive, the staff are quite courteous, the decor is nice and the rooms are well designed. The hallways should be carpeted for safety, even if the tile designs is nice. Then I had issues with the shower, the mixer is separate, and the shower head was leaking everywhere. And the there was a massive water leak from the ceiling right in front of my door in the hallway

Stayed two nights; 1st room was relatively nicer in main building where the restaurant is however you only get 1 towel, and housekeeping is not responsive. 2nd room reeked of cigarettes and my entire clothes smelt like cigarettes from then on. Also be sure to request a room away from the pool area on weekends.

I seldom write reviews but I just had to write one about my experience at Swiss Spirit PH..The hotel decor and settings was excellent, especially the restaurant and outside bar area. it provides the right atmosphere for business, family and individuals travellers. Situated in an ideal location close to many amenities. The hotel is very secure with excellent security.The management is very organised and helpful and the staff was first class. If your looking for a hotel in Portharcort Nigeria to stay i would high recommend it.

We had a workshop here for a client and required a small conference room. The room charge was reasonable and came with a computer and projector included! Service was good and the buffet lunch had enough selection of foods continental and national cuisine. Coffee and tea break was handled quite well. Had a nasty experience here. The rooms were very dimly lit and had damp and mould on the ceiling. The hallways did not smell fresh. There was a rat in our room and we had to request a room change (couldn’t change hotels as it was an official trip). At some point we also had plumbing issues in our room. There’s a gym and pool and have 2 conference hall facilities. The food was alright but very expensive. Not a place I would recommend

The design was poorly done. There is no vent from toilet. You could smell the odor in the toilet especially if they just checked out before you checked in. Also the POP ceiling really gets damps and start peeling off. It leaves a disgusting sight. On the particular night I stayed, water did not run. No water to even bathe. It took very long to get a bucket of cold water down to the room.... A load of improvement is needed.

The hotel is lovely place to stay, the staff are polite and professional. It is easy to locate as it is just off the express and by the popular Aztec event center which is a very good landmark. The room comes with a complimentary breakfast and they make good meals. I love the serenity and the lovely pool side bar. They occasionally have a live band playing and serve really nice roasted fish with some fries. The room I stayed in was clean and quiet spacious. I gave them a three star because, the bathroom was poorly designed. The poor design made water spill into the floor and travel unhindered to the living room. I complained to the reception and they assured me that renovations are ongoing. I hope to change the review whenever I visit here again and find that the bathroom has been renovated. Overall the hotel is good and I recommend it.

Quite alright. Good ambience. The rooms are well maintained. Service is ok; good from the attendants, at least they served with a smile. TV stations in the room are adequate but needs clarity for some stations. Expected more right from the entrance. Loved their food anyway. Gets a bit busy in the weekend evenings with the night club close by but this hardly disturbs unless you require total serenity which you won’t get here as the facility is in a busy away.

It was a bad experience with you guys. You people are totally on reliable. I PAID for a room for my guest from Lagos, told him the room number only to be told that the room has been given to someone else on arrival. Who does that? I drove in with dirty car and instructed the security personal to asist get someone to wash the car; he replied "Okay" but i met my car the same way. Lastly at the pool bar, it took forever before my guest and I were attended to. Maybe you should change your staff or reorientation will do better! You guys disappointed me!

The hotel is located off Ken Saro Wiwa road also known as the Stadium road which is centrally located. Access to the GRA area and other central parts of PORT HARCOURT is quite easy from here. Most major event centres in port harcourt are on this road making this hotel one of the places to stay if you are coming for any of those. The pool side bar is very cool and has a lot to offer in terms of good finger foods and music. The shawarma was also lovely. The hotel has a well equipped gym with a good fitness trainer. Seems to be undergoing some sort of construction/expansion at the moment but this does not interfere with business.
