Throughout my 6 nights stay in Meritz Hotel and Suites,i only enjoyed the meals.Every other service was poor as far as i am concerned. Staff not hospitable nor professional,poor structure, sometimes the housekeeper doesnt evem clean my room until i compain,ppoor plumbing system leading to bad toilet smell,air condition kept leaking and flooding my room.A suit of 15k per night did not come with breakfast...POOR

Rooms are good however maintenance has to be conscious as the handwriting is seen that things might go south if care is not taken. Reception should be more careful as guests complain of room mix up. Plus is there is pressure in the bathroom and power is 24hrs. Price is friendly too especially considering the environment.

Some of the Workers have a very bad attitude..the bathroom not the best.shower curtain and window blind looked very old and dirty. Shower was leaking. Had to use bucket and bowl. Very spacious room with clean bedsheets.

I will give it a 3/5. Services are very poor for such a hotel. WiFi is not working! Domestic staff do not understand their job roles at all. Had to call every time to get me something that should already be in a place. Was pissed and reported to the manager. Not working for me
