Place requires a complete overhaul. Room and bathroom looks like something the cat just dragged in. This is not what is expected of a super deluxe room. Restaurant and kitchen services also needs serious improvements in the customer service department. If the room rates remain the same, I am of the opinion there should be a downward review of prices, at least for what is being offered.
