I went in being referred by the company I have ties with.As I got to the reception I saw 3 staff there and just walked to the lady.i mentioned the company and she said you must be so and so. That was impressive.I was immediately taken to wait in the lounge where a nurse came to take my vitals. Hmmm,I was called in not too long to see the doctor.i saw there was a floor manager ensuring that queues were moving,people were not standing along passage way.Every one was sitted.The floor manager ensured I as a registered client was given preference by ensuring my slip was moved around by her,all I had to do was sit and be comfortable when it was my turn I was called upon.I also loved the fact that contemporary gospel music was playing,it gave the Outlook of a fun place.All staff were courteous ,young,nice looking and had their hair neatly done.Did I mention they latch on to the technology. All records are on system and no files getting missen. Fully automated system. Every hospital has their faults but on thing for sure is that the Meridian Hospital is upwardly mobile and Everytime I step in I see something new happening.i have a 4 star cos I believe their is always room for improvement.Kudos people.
