So we used this place as a changing area during my friend’s wedding. The receptionists were friendly, but they nicely directed me to the room with the number I mentioned without calling the occupant to confirm. They didn’t even ask my name. The place has undergone some serious renovations which is good. The bathroom was very weird. I can’t explain it. I owe a picture for that. Parking is still alright.

The place is nice, cordial staff, there is a pool and an outdoor pool bar and indoor bar. They serve varieties of smoothies too. The roons are nice, clean and thry have hot tubs, they provide room services and meal options too. They have taxi service too and there is ample parking space.

Though price is comparable, hotel really needs to upgrade the available services. Frequent hospitality training is required for staffs to update to best industry standard. Attention should also be paid to the reception of visitors at the entrance, to instil professionalism aligned with the hospitality industry.

Big hotel in a very good location inside GRA. Woji road is busy with lots of attractions within walking distance. The food is good and has a great pool side for sit outs. The hotel is however aging and not very well maintained. The pricing is fair but one can get better and newer at that rate elsewhere.
