I checked into a room on the ground floor and called the reception to complain of poor internet network (my mobile data and their Wi-Fi) and I needed to send some emails quickly, the lady at the front desk called my room some minutes later to ask if I want a refund?not even trying to help solve my challenges. She is light skinned and refused to give her name, very rude and disrespectful, she did not even apologise and actually counted my 24,000 cash which I paid for 2nights and stretched it out to me. They refused to give out the managers details. The room on the other hand was very neat. There was a guy who was really polite and kept apologising on her behalf. Overall nice place, I was just unlucky to meet this lady at the reception today March 3rd 2019 5pm.
