Their facilities and services are great, but be prepared to pay top dollar not just for the quality of what you get but also due to its location. The parking is large and there are all the facilities you would need in a good hotel. This place is great for a weekend getaway.

The room was hot cause the ac was bad...The food was just ok. The buffet was poor not much to choose from, had to check out. Be careful when you want a refund cos you might not get it... The staff at the front desk did not want to give me a receipt of my refund. I had to demand for it. They told me they dont do refund above 20k so l asked for 10k refund the still refused to give me...Now one of their marketers told me that they do 20k and below. Now who is telling the truth

The Edge is a good hotel but the staffs need training on hospitality business. The various receptionist attitudes and non-verbal cues are very negative and more of “I don’t care attitude” . Take note of those warning signals. It’s a worry for your staffs to say hello even if they see you on the same floor and reluctant to assist with your bags. It’s a good hotel that needs overhauling or training of staffs. Will I stay in subsequent visit-POSSIBLY NO!

My stay was fine. I liked it. Spent three nights. Room nice, shower excellent and meals tasty. My first night on Wednesday was not good though. My room in first floor was next to event tent and there was church service. Light fittings in my room were vibrating from the sound effect from there. Could not sleep till 10pm after a tiring days work and I could not get my room changed as well even when complain was made around 7:40pm. The rest days were pleasant though.
