Their courier service is very very bad. Imagine! It has been 8days we sent goods from Abuja to port Harcourt and we are yet to receive them. Please nobody should use their courier service. They are fraudulent. Peace mass courier service are criminals. Passengers are complaining about. Go to their park you will see customers that are yet to get their goods while some only recover half of them. They are thieves. Please nobody should use them. Their customer support system is very poor. No effective communication. They lack training. In case of trouble no way to reach them. Their lives are always switched off. Please stay away from peace mass.
