Very large event centre with capacity for over 1500 guests. Centre is well located along the easily accessible Peter Odili road. Has dressing rooms onsite so suitable for brides who may want to change before their reception. It has a large car park though traffic spills to the road when there is a very huge event. The hub also has a small outlet by the side where one can have a party with friends or just sit out.

Beautiful halls, impressive lighting and sound system. Adequate and hugenic toilet facilities. However, inadequate parking for the designed hall seating capacity. Also there is no coordination of traffic along the road which makes it awkward to park far away and walk back to the Hub.
