Aldgate is a comfortable hotel with 24 hours electricity, AC and water heater in every room. Their food is nice too with a comfortable restaurant and training facility. But a handful of their staff can be rude. They need to be trained on hospitality business

Rooms have roaches, poor shower cotton spilling water all over toilet. Worse of all is the restaurant which serves bad food with very saucy waiters who selects respect guests based on their age, staff cannot speak good English. My 2weeks stay was hell. Spoilt salad I ordered got me sick. I eat out while there. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone
