The shopping mall is primarily for the residents of the precinct, and was made to cater for all their minor commercial needs such as toothpaste, soap, towels, and confectioneries. The shopping mall has a clothes store, a shoe shop, a barbers shop, a bakers shop where confectioneries can be bought, bank cash centres and a super market. It was really built fit for purpose.
