This Hospitality Facility well exceeded my expectations. The gateman gave me a cold welcome. Bearing that in mind I continued to the reception expecting even lesser customer service experience. But I was thrilled ; from the motion sensor doors, to the chilling air from well maintained air conditioners, and metal detection passage to relegate the embarrassing practice of Hand searching guests and visitors, finally a courteous receptionist armed with updated information on the products and services available. I giving a 4 star because of the ill-mannered guard, the absence of an essential accessory of her uniform ; a SMILE, and outdoor decor. But in all, I recommend Mina Hotel for your business trips within the Port Harcourt City Metropolis. Have a great stay!
