Ordinary would have gotten 3 stars but got 2 due to the environment. While it has the amenities that would have made it quite a good place, the manner of the amenities leaves a lot to be desired. It has a small and clean pool and a gym with basic equipment. There is also a poolside bat with some drinks. Power supply is good and security is available and adequate. Parking could be limited. There is an ATM machine just outside the hotel that attracts a crowd almost all the time. With slight improvement, 3 stars.

In Igoni Grand View Hotel, everything works just fine. The receptionist are very professional, they have concierge, a good swimming pool and outdoor recreation... It has an outdoor bar with music and it is just a lively place and Security here is top notch. The rooms are fairly spacious and the air conditioning system works well with constant power supply and good parking. It is a lovely place.

An ATM facility is outside the hotel and the presence of the police and retired military men guarding the premises is a good sign of security. The inner setting is also of continental standard.
