RivTaf Golf Estate is Residential Estate Located at End of Peter Odili Road , Port-Harcourt ,River State In this Estate , there are three main sections that Houses different paterns of Building Blocks sites on 40 hectares of land The 1st is The Block sections that is of A three Storeies with 16 flats of three or two flats that re detached The 2nd is the Villa with bungalows of three or Four Bedroom flats. The 3rd is the duplex that has a separate buildings not detached with any other building. It also has a club house ,eatery ND swimming pool and shopping complex .

Housing Estate located in Port Harcourt. It is located towards the intersection between odili road and Woji. It is accessed through the new Woji Road that leads to Akpajo though you can still use the old gate that is off Okujagu. This is a highly secured gated community with flats to cater for different sizes of families. You need to be booked in by a resident else you cannot go in. There are 1, 2 or 3 bedroom flats as well as terrace houses. These houses were sold to individuals out rightly or installmentally. Some people rent out theirs so if you are not buying you could still be a tenant there. The estate is well managed, roads, landscaping, entertainment etc. Would be a 5 star for me except that the building designs arent that catchy.
