Also known as NYSC (National Youth Service Corp) Headquarters, the building was named after the then Head of state General Yakubu Gowon as He was the one that initiated the NYSC idea during His tenure reason for bringing about unity in Nigeria as we have different cultures in diverse forms. The building is ok, has a fountain also statue of a Corp Member representing the reason for the building. There is not enough parking space where the building is sited.

Its also known as NYSC HQ. Outside is crowded and very little or no parking space due to one way traffic, the CAC and High Court etc building surrounding the place. Afternoon is not the best time to go there.
