The environment is perfectly arranged, their services is standard, they is absolute understanding among the staff, most of all their guest are warmly welcome from the reception and their safety is always their no one concern..... Visit it and see things for yourself, I lack words......

Poor customer service, poor understanding of serviced apartment concept and nonchalant attitude. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen but no cookery nor cooker unit despite assurances of same at booking. Had to leave after one night of a planned 4 days stay to another similar apartment nearby (Crispin Luxury Apartments) with better and complete services for lesser cost.
