Neat surroundings with beautiful flower plants. A good view of the podium from anywhere within the hall. Seats are annoyingly too low. Ventilation and lightening is very good too.

One of the famous lecture halls in the prestigious Ladoke Akintola University of Technology named after MKO Abiola, the winner of the 1993 annulled Nigerian General Elections. It seats a population of 750 and conducive sitting arrangements, which is just a bit tight and not all free for easy exit and entry in cases people are seated.
