Usually depending on the extent of the damage done on the phone, they attend either immediately or at worst in a 24 hour time frame. But it is advisable to always go there early that way the chances of getting such phone that day would be higher. Moreover you can easily get the original accessories to your phones from them in case of a missing one rather than the numerous fakes out there.
