Such a lovely place to be! Located in a very sane environment with good views here and there. The staff members are very friendly and professional, rendering their services with all enthusiasm. The reception cum the dinning is beautiful with lovely furniture and flowers. Although, there was a delay in the servive delivery but it is understandable because of the number of customers on ground. The room is clean and have a very cozy atmosphere. The view of the pool from the room is also amazing.

I won’t forget my stay here in a long time ,from the staff at the reception to the security officers on each floor,warm,pleasant and courteous. Awesome buffet options,great WiFi speed,beautiful view and scenery. Their staff are well mannered and carry on their duty professionally I’ll recommend this hotel to people that are visiting,want a getaway ( but not on a budget),even honeymoon. The also have a hall that can be used for meetings,seminars and traings,it can comfortably sit 150-200 people.

This is a new hotel so the rooms are in very good condition. Nice location and ambience BUT (big but) the staff needs training in hospitality and customer service. They were borderline rude. They apologized afterwards after I complained about the service but more needs to be done to prevent the need to apologize.
