The are liars.. they changed my phone panel to bad on and only one sim card is working.. I only had charging port fault and I paid.. then when I got the phone only one sim port is working and I complained about it but they said I need to pay #34,000 to get it fixed.. the phone I bought 25k.. crazy fools

Nice to fix your infinix, tecno and related manufacturer phones. They are organized to an extent and quite okay. Usually depending on the extent of the damage done on the phone, they attend either immediately or at worst in a 24 hour time frame. But it is advisable to always go there early that way the chances of getting such phone that day would be higher. Moreover you can easily get the original accessories to your phones from them in case of a missing one rather than the numerous fakes out there.
