The hotel is always busy with various guest from all over the world and has one of the best hospitality in the industry. The staff are very professional and their services are excellent. It is also one of the safest hotels in Ibadan because of its location.

UI hotel is a conducive place for workshop, conference, training and other social and spiritual functions. The halls are in different sizes and are with air conditions with standby generator. The car park is well marked and arranged accordingly with trained security officers at the entrance. You can pay a visit.
