2nd time of staying here and I am impressed with the refurbishment that has recently been done. This is clearly an establishment run by someone aware of the benefits of having a maintenance culture, a rarity in Nigeria! I was impressed and would recommend Horizon to anyone looking for clean reasonably priced rooms; staff are also friendly and professional. Horizon also has a nice bar and restaurant on premise so you have all you need on site. Will definitely stay there again!
