The store at dugbe is the worst place to shop at. They may have good prices, but they’re extremely disorganized from the moment you get in with terrible arrangements and bad customer service. The money you think you save is nothing compared to the time wasted.

Not a bad place. They have cheap stuffs compared to ShopRite. Only down side, the place is stuffy with poor Air-conditioning system waiting time for payment is nothing to write about.

Well structured and has enough parking space. All goods available are at wholesales prices. Very cheap and affordable. I strongly recommend.

Pinnacle Supermarket used to be at Challenge-Felele Axis but it is now newly opened in Dugbe. I love the supermarket because of the wholesale priced items. The only issue I had and still have is the amount of time spent here. Buying items in Pinnacle is never done in a few minutes but usually spend hours here. The new store is beautiful. love the wide range of products. I think they need more ACs because of the volume of people that are in there at a particular time. I think they need Bar code scanners for items as the Sales Personnel have to enter every item and leads to a waste of time. I think the cashier should be able to pack items bought instead of queuing on another section to check that items correlate with the sales slip There is a great space for packing with security personnel. Underground packing too is available. It would be nice to spend less time here. I hope many other items are added to the selection here. Kudos to the Pinnacle Team. I think the best time to visit here is r4-6pm

If you are buying a single brush it takes hours! They need to do more about time management and valuing buyers time.

After reading all this negative reviews i decided to still checkout the place So much crowd outside just to drop your bag which i think is absolutely senseless. I had a small empty purse which had just my money and my card and i was asked by the security to drop it which i refused. Why should i drop my purse to spend money in your store. I asked to see the manager and one of the guys that stockup told me that was not possible. I dont know anything about pinnacle but what i know is if you can build a mall that big you can aswell install cctv and other security measures. Stop treating your shoppers as animals. Everywhere was hot. So i left and went to a south african owned business(shoprite) since am treated better . You guys need to change.

Pinnacle has varieties of items ranging from food items, hair, cosmetics, toiletries, wine and drinks among others. Prices are very affordable and cheaper than other places, although the floor attendants are most times ride and impatient with customers and depending on the time of the month, they could be full and it takes time to pay.

So...you line up on really long queues to pay for items bought (3cashiers for that whole mall) then you have to queue AGAIN to get nylon for your purchase. I have never seen something so absolutely ridiculous. Wastes my time, wastes their space. Reduces effectiveness and flexibility. I think whoever the manager is ,needs to be replaced or motivated to ACTUALLY MANAGE the freaking place. Terrible shopping experience!

Are things super affordable? .. Big yes But their paying system is something else, you will stay on a long queue for payment and later move to another exhausting queue for packaging. They need to emulate payment procedure from others like shoprite. Imagine having a stressful day just to end up in pinnacle .. More like from frying pan to fire.
