Yinka Ayefele music studio is a beauty to behold, located on the road to Challenge from Ibadan end of Lagos-Ibadan express way tollgate or from Iwo road Ibadan. It was sometimes in 2018 partly demolished by the then government of Oyo State for violating the road set back law but was rebuilt at the government expense after political reason was said to be the reason for demolition. Yinka Ayefele who is the Chairman and owner of the company garnered sympathy from the public because of his disability (paralysis). He is a very successful musician of Ibadan origin.

I went for an event here and the hall was used...it was easy to locatw, the venue is very well kept and it was open as early as possible so participants will be seated early..there was no issue of light and even when electricity went off, the generator was put on immediately...it a nice place for events.
