Cool place. I have been coming to Town house for more than 6years. However, I have notice a gradual increase in the room rates that does not match the realities on ground. The new wing which was put in place a few years ago charges 45k per night and the older flats are now 22k and 35k repectively. My point is that there are other cheaper hotels in IB with better facilities. So I personally have sentiments in coming back to Town house but the cost will be s discouraging factor.
