The food there was good. Got rice, beans, plantains and goat meat. Really nice. Not great, but nice. On the ambience, I believe it could be a lot brighter. More light always brightens the mood. On cost, do understand that the restaurant is mid to high-tier, so expect that it will costlier than an average restaurant. To summarize: Good food, could-be-brighter ambience and above average cost.

Iya Ope runs a very old and reliable chain in Ibadan. I recall eating there as far back as 1990, probably even earlier. Trade mark steamed rice, beans and dodo. But yesterday I had 5 wraps of haht amala with okra and goat meat. mmm, mm, mmm!
