You will find a few banks and several ATM to use around this axis. There are several fuel stations all surrounding the Roundabout on all edges. There are new buildings mostly used for Telecommunication corporate offices. You will find eateries and two major Amala joints. One along the Ode-ola axis and the other by the foot of the bridge coming from Sango area. The Bureau de Change business is highly efficient along the Sabo area of Mokola. There are other petty trades activities all around Mokola. It is a central point to access major communities in Ibadan Central Area. Taxis (Micra), Mini Buses, Bikes, and Long Buses all operates to and fro at Mokola.

This place is one of the busiest places in Ibadan metropolis because it is close to the business capital of the city (Dugbe). Here, various traders can be found with their wares. The traffic is always heavy at most times of the day with the peak traffic at evening hours. There is an overhead bridge that aids traffic movement which was constructed by the State Government. Motorists and Motorcyclists plying several routes can be found here
