No doubt one of the best hotel in Ibadan, with nice interior decoration, good food and good services. The downside here is the parking space which is too small for the number of rooms here. The security staffs need to be more courteous in the way they attend to guests

Such a lovely place to be! Located in a very sane environment with good views here and there. The staff members are very friendly and professional, rendering their services with all enthusiasm. The reception cum the dinning is beautiful with lovely furniture and flowers. Although, there was a delay in the servive delivery but it is understandable because of the number of customers on ground. The room is clean and have a very cozy atmosphere. The view of the pool from the room is also amazing.

I won’t forget my stay here in a long time ,from the staff at the reception to the security officers on each floor,warm,pleasant and courteous. Awesome buffet options,great WiFi speed,beautiful view and scenery. Their staff are well mannered and carry on their duty professionally I’ll recommend this hotel to people that are visiting,want a getaway ( but not on a budget),even honeymoon. The also have a hall that can be used for meetings,seminars and traings,it can comfortably sit 150-200 people.

Poor customer service. I was really looking forwarding in staying in this hotel after reading all the great online reviews but my experience was awful. The front office manager was very unpleasant and very unprofessional during my stay. I was to book for a room for 6 weeks but because they were fully booked for that weekend, I had to move to another hotel for 2 days. My booking for the following week was confirmed at the hotel, but surprisingly I was called by hotel the evening before my check-in date to say that I cannot be accommodated. I have never experienced in all my travels home and abroad this appalling attitude and service. so basically, I am been targeted and refused because I criticized their bad customer service. Just Incredible!!!
